I've been brewing beer and making wine for about 20 years and started reading up on distilling since it seemed to be the next logical step! I've run a couple of batches of sugar wash through my pot still and they've turned out great, thanks to the info I've gotten from y'all. Waiting for my sweet feed to finish fermenting. Can't wait to see how it turns out!
