Hello,

I'm new to the forum, so I thought I'd say Hi. I've done some homebrewing in the past, and am interested in trying out distilling. A couple of years ago, a couple of my neighbors and I were discussing what to do with all the plums we got off of our trees, and we came up with the idea of making a plum brandy. Nothing came of the idea at the time, but it's stuck in the back of my head, and I'm thinking of giving it a try.

I'll make a post in the "New Distillers" forum with more info about what I'm thinking of doing, rather than start a discussion here.
