Hey There, Hi There, Ho There From BC Canada
Hello fellow brewmasters and brewministers. Just wanted to introduce myself. This brewing addiction all started with an apple tree that every year we did nothing with. At dinner one night a friend suggested i turn it into an apple cider or wine and my wife seemed to fully support that as a new hobby for me. So off i went. I built a primative bottlejack press and made quick work of the apples. Added some ec-1118 yeast and away it went. The result was a tastey wine/cider. I just finished racking that and tried priming a few bottles so we will see how that goes. Now im hooked. Im learning a ton reading through this awesome brew bible and cant wait to be a part of this community. I also wonder if anyone gets my topic reference (without cheating using google)

I take that as part of The Mickey Mouse Club song.
Glad to hear of your cider success.
