Hallo to everyone! I'm Guido from north Italy! First of all excuse me for the bad english (Blessed translator :lol: ) I hope to make myself understood!
I know I'm in the right place to discuss the topics of my interest and I know there are here many experts regard the distillation :angel: .

I see from you other thread that you are interested in making vodka. Do you have previous experience, equipment and such?

Hello CUGINOSCRIZZO!! We made various mash with barley malt and other grains. serious distillation will do to others later on when we would have the official recipe with artificial enzymes and special grain from IT. We want to talk about this in the other post?
