Long time reader - first time poster!

Hello Home Distillers!
Just wanted to introduce myself to the group and put a big shout out to the creators and contributors to this forum and the collection of fantastic information that is located here. Started out by reading a few books, but this website has made distilling possible instead of just a pipe dream. Have been doing this for a little while now, but would still consider myself a novice. Built a stove pot setup with a 6 gallon stainless steel pot, lid fitted with a 2" copper column that includes a reflux coil at the top and collection baffles per Bokabob's sketches. Added a Leibig condenser on the outlet pipe to get some more cooling and allow it to run whisky and other more flavorful spirits. Everything is (now) 100% copper - story for a different day...

Anyway, thanks so much for the wealth of information and for the support going forward. Looking forward to learning more and making some good booze for the holidays!
