What a great site . I have read almost every word and have been doing sugar heads. I mix up corn, barley wheat berrys and sugar and add distillers yeast. Makes a decent drink but I'm ready to try AG. I have a 7.7 gallon keg with a 18 inch head that runs to a 30 gallon worm made from a trash can. My heat source is a fish cooker. Its not pretty but its a start.
I have been making wine for many years and that experience has helped me a lot.

Welcome, I personally like Jimbo's single malt AG recipe. Easy to follow and easy to ratio ingredience to fit your fermenters.
