Hi there, name is David. Recently (last six months) got interested in distilling. read so many pages from this forum it has been a wealth of knowledge. Finally built a boka with a 1100mm copper column, followed by a sight glass, followed by the boka head. I have got several liters of SPP from Poland which seems to be working well. I have had one run so far and using guidance from another local experienced distiller taking off at 100ml per 4 minutes during the hearts and they taste fine. The boiler is a T500 like 25L stainless from Copperhead Stills it has a 1000W and a 2000W switch and is double skinned on the sides so you can touch the side of the boiler when it's running. Got a few questions about cooling but this is just to introduce myself and my rig first. I work in computing / electronics so building isn't a mystery to me but the black art of distilling is
