Not so new guy

Post by Just_mike »

Been a member for about 3 years, was a lurker for 3 or so before that.

Finally making a post to say hello and thank those that have helped along the way.

Yes I have, running a pot still and thumper for over 10 years. Does what I need it to do.

I worked in a brewery for a few years and ran tank bottoms(left over beer from the brite tanks), the best thing I ever ran was our wee heavy. I do a couple runs a year of that recipe. For the most part I run a sweet feed variation and turn it into apple pie. I also run seasonal stuff and the best so far was a cherry.
