I worked in a brewery for a few years and ran tank bottoms(left over beer from the brite tanks), the best thing I ever ran was our wee heavy. I do a couple runs a year of that recipe. For the most part I run a sweet feed variation and turn it into apple pie. I also run seasonal stuff and the best so far was a cherry.bitter wrote:welcome... whats your favorite recipe?
