Thanks for warm greeting I actually went through and did all my reading like a good little nerd lol I actually just made a batch which I believe came out very nice and clear and I followed all the steps like a good boy but it has a sharp pepper bite. I only used corn rye and 6 row barely, so I'm going to assume it's the rye I have to cut back on right ?
