Hello from UK

Post by st425 »

Hi all, I'm from the South of England. I'd like to start distilling and I'm looking to learn as much as I can from this forum! I'm researching with the view to open up a micro distillery but it's still just a pipe dream at the moment.

Welcome in - I'm a bit north of you.

Learn the craft and enjoy the process - HMRC's rules on the size of your still mean that a legit distillery is cost prohibitive for most.

Learn, DON'T SELL and be discrete :)
