Hi all, very new to distilling but have been brewing for a while now. Taken a couple of months to collect, buy, scrounge and borrow enough bits to build my first still. Have done copious amounts of reading and will be starting my build soon... no rush as want to get it right... Will post pics as I go along... no doubt I will have questions along the way...
