Looking forward to learning

Hello all. I am another all grain brewer and am looking forward to expand my limited knowledge of distilling. I have been following this forum for some time and really appreciate all the knowledge here. I am just starting out and nearly have my still set up together. I am putting together a 3" ccvm column (DAD 300, manu de hanoi) and using the condenser from a 2" copper pot column. The pot is an 20 gallon conical with a 5500 w element that I also use for brewing. I have 15 gallons of Birdwatchers in carboys and 10 gallons of Hook's rum currently chugging away.
