Hey folks. Another reasonably green home distiller here from Alberta. A buddy and I have recently upgraded from years of home brewing and small batch distillation to a Turbo 500 with reflux condenser, so we're generating lots of 190 proof product to do various R & D with. I'm hoping to get lots of great ideas from this forum on what other people are doing. So far we've had very positive feedback on our Lemoncello and cappuchino shines, but those are starter flavours IMO.
Looking forward to hearing other people's tips and tricks.
