Welcome from Essex! So much information to digest here and as long as you're willing to research before asking, people here are incredibly helpful!

Hi, a local distiller!
I’m looking to do a 150L barley mash this week, what yeast do you recommend? Bakers? Ale? Brewing? whiskey?

Honestly that question has so many answers!! But for a reliable and clean ferment I'd use bakers yeast within it's tolerance - don't try to take the beer over 8% - 9%.

Thanks for the advice. Any particular bakers yeast or any off the shelf?
