Paarl,South Africa

Post by paulstill1940 »

Hi All. I'm from Paarl, Western Cape, South Africa and really new to distilling. Started experimenting during lockdown and have managed to make some really nice tasting Gin using sweet potatoes and guavas grown on our farm. Have also made one batch of brandy, the fast and non traditional way within 3 weeks - I know its not the right thing to do but it turned out just fine. Hoping to learn alot from this forum.
