Why have I joined, well having a chemistry degree and liking a spirit drink in particular gin I thought that I could do a little experimentation to produce some of my own. I have done my first fermentation and distillation with a fractionating column using purchased equipment and following flavouring recipes and procedures but I am already looking forward to branching out to make my own gin.

Cheers,
Den

We are going to have questions for you.

Welcome aboard Den. It seems that every third person who joins up seems to have a chemistry degree some weeks.
