Welcome.

Settle in and read while. The Tried & True Recipe forum has many good (& tested) recipes to start. With your brewing experience, all grain mashes and ferments should be easy to replicate. But read a while so you better understand the nuances between beer brewing and distiller’s beer brewing...similar processes but slightly different objectives.

As for building, the Construction forum has many builds to review and follow. I think you’ll quickly get into the hobby distiller’s groove.

Be safe, responsible, and discrete. And have fun.

Welcome, many of us have gone from beer / wine before distillation. You can build your own still or buy it, you decide!
