so 2 days ago i made a basic whiskey mash... added some brewers yeast for nutrents and added bakers yeast...
the next morning it was bubbleing good. when i got home from work the airlock stoped bubbleing. i shook it up and it started again. this morning it stoped again. so i added some more yeast and shook it up. the airlock bubbled for a minuted then stoped again. but i still see bubbles in the mash
what the hell am i doing wrong.
getting frustrated with bad fermentation
