Just a quick question. Made some mash, fermented out 2 days ago. How long will this last before it goes off..it is in a cool place and sealed in the ferment bins....

Sealed in a brewbin and under an airlock you have ages.
I have personally left them that way over a month, and others on here say they have found various ferments that they forgot about for extended periods to turn out some real good likker.

If you are worried about it, or you are going away or some such, throwing some neutral in to act as a preservative works well too.
It's much easier to cut a bit off than weld a bit on...

Thanks for that, looks like I will be Ok as should be doing the run in a week or so.
