master feed sweet feed

Post by diesel1975 »

Has anybody had any luck with master feed sweet feed. The first couple of times it worked out for me but lately, just an awfull tasting whiskey. Ingrediants are sweetfeed sugar water and fleshmans bakers yeast. This is an canadian product in case anybody is wondering. That could be the answer?

See if you can locate Producers Pride All Grain (its labeled All Grain but is a sweet COB with 12% molasses) The proper sweet feed is hard to find and many have compressed pellets and other crap in it. Since I discovered this brand I wouldn't think of using anything else. My local Tractors Supply always have it in stock.

Good luck,

Look for a local coop.. some will sell sweet COB that they make up them-self from all grain. Some even sell COB without the molasses (will make a nice all grain whiskey)
