Oh no not another post on cornflake whiskey! but here we go, I have a standard 50l pot still with 3" head have around a year's experiance so still a novice I'm thinking of doing three 25l mash's of odins cornflake then stilling one after the other but leaving say ten litre's of backset in the still from the previous to add flavour this may also lower the cost of heating the still from stone cold and lower the chance of burning the mash on the element... any thought's on this would be gratefully recieved

I would be interested if you could make a comparison --with and without.
Went camping with some 6-month-barreled (plain) Odin's Cornflake and everyone went nuts over it
and never even tried the other stuff I brought.
Now you've got me curious about backset.

Iv'e done it twice without backset just a straight single slow run and all who tried liked it ..we shall see just wanted some input and thoughts..
