Dunder is a boring brown liquid, but I think you might be asking about what I and many others are calling a "muck pit", the biologically active soup of bacteria used to develop carboxylic acids for eventual ester formation? Here's my muck pit:

I think you should add some more pics, the "infected" picture is very mild. Some of the other dunder pics like mine would scare the hell out of anyone searching and it they might have the best flavor of all.

I have no idea how the hell yall get such funky shit to grow on yours but I'm awfully glad mine doesn't look that way.
I think because I intended the infection I had some control with it by using ph control at 5.5ish and also knowing what I put in it.
Blue bucket/tub is potatoes with soil and the orange one is malted barley/lacto
