I aint to sure how to start off with this topic so I think i'll start from the begining. I built a pot still out of a keg then ran a little peach wash to get a little exp. I better add the disclaimer here that I don't spell or type well so my lack of edumacation might bother some. I went with the Uncle Jesse's sour mash cause being from the south east I like corn likker, I doubled the recipe and started the mash sunday night and it is done today and i'm gonna run it this evening. My starting sg was 1.070 and finished at .994. Thats what I have going at the moment. I will post the results of the run later tonight.
