My first Parrot

Many like to post about a first successful ferment (or first all grain mash), or first still built/bought or first good run of the still. Tell us about all of these great times here.
Pics are VERY welcome, we drool over pretty copper 8)

My first Parrot

Here are a couple photos of a parrot I made for myself.
I was kinda thinking that the parrot should be have a boat or be on a boat, at least that was the idea for the base shape. The Base is just a some old growth 2" Fir that I salvaged and need to put a finish on it.
The copper is 1" for the body with 1 1/2" pipe that I put bottoms on for the cups, 1/2" for the for tail and 3/8" for the beak
Im starting to really enjoy working with copper and I am beginning to think that fittings are not necessary.
