my first attempts at winding a coil

my first attempts at winding a coil

ok so I am getting pretty discouraged with winding a double condenser coil, my first attempt was a serious failure and the second was a little better and then I had the third attempt. I got the inner coil wound pretty well and when I was winding the outer coil it kinked so needless to say that coil was a throw out. I am getting close to giving up on winding a coil already, anyone else got any ideas? Here are some pics see you can see the failures.
