Hello everyone!
My nickname is Gsprod and I'm from France. As a big fan of Gin I have decided to try to distille my own. I'm starting with very little investement to try it out.
The first batch is important so your advice would be very useful.
I will present later on my equipment and my understanding of the distillation process and hope to get advice.
Many thanks, looking forward to sharing my newbie's experience.
Gsprod.

Hello, Gsprod.
I'm not a ginner so I won't be much help to you.
But at least wanted to give you a proper welcome.
Come on in and have some fun!

If you look in the Tried & True Recipe forum, there is an excellent recipe to try....Odin’s EZ Gin. The thread has much information regarding making a gin, such as the botanicals selection and recipe formulation and even how to distill it and make proper cuts. I highly recommend reading through that thread a couple of times. It will help you on your journey.Gsprod wrote:...As a big fan of Gin I have decided to try to distille my own.
