As to whats wrong, first off unsafe materials were used to make it. Plastics, glass, etc. You do not want to use this thing and do not think about using the PVC they send you to carbon filter it. The overall design is bad as well,condensor is not big enough to knock down the vapor. Poor workmanship as well.

Please listen to Husker's advice, cancel the order and call you credit card company to reverse the payment. If you used Paypal, you can do the same.

You do not want to hassle with these guys. Why start out your stillin hobby in a bad manner. Please just read what is posted through this site and listen to the experienced people and the advice they provide.
