waterman
here is the best advice i can give, it looks as if those rods would work. however where i caution people is that without doing more research into the makeup of the particulate alloys used, i cant say 100% without a doubt that there perfect and here's why. although they are nickle silver rods and are lead free (which is a must in this hobby) the package doesn't show any detail as to ensure there is no traces of cadmium. Cadmium can cause severe heavy metal poisoning and can be often over looked when getting brazing rod. you can always call the manufacturer and make sure its lead and cadmium free.
now here's my $.2 the best brazing rod that can be used in this hobby is one that is specifically designed for brazing in a food service industry. do a google search for BAg-5 silver solder. the code BAG-5 is a code given to the rod based off of its alloy make up and is the one used in all commercial food manufacturing process and hence forth is the safest.
one last note
often rid that has the flux already on it or as a core can be more difficult to work with in my experience. that's not to say it wont work but you may have better luck with a flux free rod and some liquid flux

Re: is this brazing rod safe?
For my copper I use Stay-Silv 15 brazing rods. It doesn't need flux and works great, although it is a little expensive. It is drinking water safe. It will work with Mapp but it is better if you have oxy/acetylene and carborize the flame.
