Liquid Beano

Post by Pappy A Train »

I'm a newbie and just trying to learn. There is allot of reference to Liquid Beano enzymes in the mash recipe index so I decided to look for some. Turns out it is discontinued and you can no longer get it. Any alternatives?

gluco-amylase is sold by more than just this supplier- 1 lb lasts for a long time. Beano pills, crushed, works too, also good old crushed malt.

+1. Also, doesn't need to be liquid. I've used pill form and crushed.
