2 row distillers 250 dp

Post by Clutchuser »

Just an FYI, my local homebrew store informed me that he can't get 6 row distillers malt any longer, but Briess offers a new 2 row distillers malt with a dp of 250. I've used it twice now and works great. Has anyone else used this malt. Experiences, good or bad?

250 is very high for 2-row, but I like to use the liquid enzymes in high adjunct mashes so I don't have to worry about it.
