5 gallon bucket of bing cherrys
I have an opportunity to get a 5 gallon bucket of bing cherries which equals 45 pounds of fruit in heavy syrup. Does anyone have a proven recipe for cherry brandy? At least a 20 gallon recipe

What is the brix of the juice? A refractometer will tell you how much sugar is in the solution. That will give you an idea how much must that will make. Then, you'll have an idea how much brandy it'll make.
Or are you thinking, "panty dropper" here?
