has anyone made a wine from Cranberries ?
any words of wisdom?

Check & double check the pH levels. Cranberries can be quite acidic to start with. Trying to ferment them likely will require pH adjustment.

They also contain chemical compounds that may slow or inhibit bacterial and microbal growth.
In my experience they ferment slow even with ph correction.

I've found cranberry ferments very well with a little bit of DAP and brown sugar.

I actually just had a 5 gallon batch finish up about 4 days ago to 1.00, the whole fermentation process took less than a week, either 5 or 6 days.
