Easy schnapps??
Read a procedure on parent site about a way to produce fruit flavored alcohol-it said u could soak fruit in a 50 percent neutral spirit for couple weeks, then distill the spirit and the resulting spirit came out with a good fruit flavor. I'm curious if anyone here ever done this? Also it mentions leaving fruit in when u distill it. Does that give it more flavor? When I distill a fruit brandy would it be beneficial for me to leave some fruit in when I run it?

Look for and read der wo's thread on Geist. Excellent info there.
