I plan on fermenting 5# Amish corn meal, 4# sugar, and because I have access to cheap cantaloupes I looking to cut and blend a few to add to a 4 gallon wash. Fermenting with bread yeast.
Does anyone have any cantaloupe stories or tips that they would like to share?
