allbran oak ;]
my ist gallon of allbran, fast aged on 4 chared oak strips in & out of freezer for one week at 120proof, then set on shelf for 3 months, smells & taste great, straining for final bottling, with half stick used charred oak, adding pure honey, putting on shelf for along time, so i can always look back at my 1st gallon, save for a future special event...even knowing everthing i make will keep getting better, my plan is to always have drinking stock & about30 gallons on long term aging
