Aging with fruit

I ran a grape wash and collected 1.5 liters of product combined 65%. Then I filled grapes into the jug the spirits where in to a total volume of 2.5 liters. I let it sit for 4 weeks and now the product is dark purple. I have filtered it off the grapes and now I am tiring to figure out the proof of the remaining product. The product is so smooth you can gulp it down, like there is very low alcohol content. From a previous post I tried to use a formula Yttrium posted but since I don't intend to add the grape sugar syrup to all the product it will not work for me. I put a little in a spoon and it ignites in a split second when it comes in contact with flame. Anyone have a formula to calculate this? What is the proof if it ignites easily in a spoon?
