Very cool Odin. Reminds me of class field trips to the local historical sites where they showed us how barrels were made. Those ones were all made with hand tools! Seems technology is your friend.

Here are a few pictures of the alligator skin barrels we produce. First we make the barrels (not top and bottom), then we toast them MT, then we put them on fire and role them around before extinguishing the fire with loads of water. The benefits of both toasting and charring.

Dam! I'd be interested as well. Is it a matter of interest or are there other barriers to entry?

I know there is a fair bit of activity in Canada, surely there must be a market.

I need someone willing to bring in a container. Or at least a pallet. It's the investment up front.

18 to a pallet ... at 220 liters each.

around 60 at 30 liters.
