Found this article, an interesting read. Seems to tie to the general trend noted elsewhere in news regarding the depletion of aged spirits due to their rapid increase popularity and cellaring rates 20 years ago (or lack thereof).

thqats a good read. not sure how i feel about the sheep shit smoked malt. its been done in iceland and im sure it'll sell lots of people out there looking for unique drinking experiences.

Interesting...Look how they made the swans necks. Instead of one piece of copper, smithed to the exact shape, it's four concentric rings, soldered together, that construct the neck. Quite clever!
