To make bacon whiskey, take jar of spirit, add three pieces of freshly cooked (Chewy, not crispy) bacon. instill lid, wait 20 hours.
Put bottle into freezer, until all of the bacon particles are frozen, pour entire contents through a clean rag, into another jar, then strain with coffee filter, into the first jar. Clean the first jar before you put finished product back into it.
Now for the drink.
My bacon whiskey turned out to be around 130 proof, So I put 2 shots in my rocks glass, along with a shot of maple syrup. then added about 4 ounces of water. and, three ice cubes.
Tastes like breakfast!
