Too bad all states are not like Missouri where it is legal to distill for personal use of 120 gal per person per household.

From what I've seen. Federal law trumps state law. Every time. And seeing as how home distillation is illegal at a federal level. It is illegal at any level.

It is legal in Missouri, just as much as pot is legal in Colorado. both a federal crime, but ok with the state. would be good enough for me.
