solar still, wild yeast with or against and airlock or not

Have a few questions thought id shoot out there.
anyone have experience good or bad with these solar stills:

secondly I have few farmer friends with fruit stands and starting to get free day old fruit, peaches plums ect.
He's gonna put em in a 55 gl drum and ill pick em up twice a week, would the wild yeasts start on em by then even with an airtight lid? If so can i just throw in my distillers yeast on top of em in my mash or I want to use campden tablets to kill the wild yeast?/

Lastly, seen fruit mashes with caps formed and stirred once a day for aeration. Would It be better to use airlocks on my mash in say 5 gal buckets or 55 gal drum and still aerate it or let it sit with the airlock on??
or could i just let it cap over with no airlock and just aerate it with a mortar mixer once a day..

what temps in ferenheit would kill a mash made with superstart distilers yeast.?

I truly appreciate your guys help and don't mean to sound dumb with my questions but would like to ask you guys with experience...thanks for your time Paul
