make moonshine of E85

Post by VSO »

Hello..

Just want to hear your opinion on a idé...

If instance i take 50 liters of E85 fuel and mix that with 200liters of water..
Then after waiting for the gasoline to flow to the top (witch should be 7,5 liters) take of 20 liters on top (just to be sure) and then distill the remaining?

I know there is stuff like benzen in gasoline, but does this mix with the water? Or is it like the gasoline that it to will flow to the top?

Did read some posts in other forums about someone who had tasted it, he said it was just as good or even better than any other moonshine

People also make crack and meth, does that make it the right thing to do? Please don't drink from the gas pump!

I am serious, and cant see why you all are so upset about that..

I want a cheap easy way to make etanol.. and i think e85 is a good idéa.

I did not make this thread to hear your opinions on how stupid and dangerous it is, i made thread to hear if anyone of you had any experience with it or have any good idéa on how to do it..

if someone have documented things about it that makes this impossible to make drinkable i'm glad to hear it :)

VSO, you really don't get it do ya?
This is a site for that people who are making drinking alcohol. I am at a loss for words when someone is so desperate that they would try to make something to drink from such an unsafe source as car fuel. Especially when the are so many other ways to get something to drink that is known safe.

If you are that desperate, God help ya.

we will only be upset if you poison someone...I been reading here a year now and followed these wise folks advice and made some great hooch....why you insist on be smarter then people that know more and then getting upset when they try to save your life is beyond me.

Excuse me if you are a petro-chemical phd....other wise LISTEN..... this hobby isn't for people that think they know better. Become an accomplished hobby distiller for a year then get back to us. If you live that long.
