Hi there,
I have been reading for a few months this and other forums (day and night) with great interest.
I' m very new in this but I am already intrigued the plated column stills.
And right now I have the opportunity to buy my stuff cheap.
I' m a certified welder, so building is not going to be a problem.
I now most guys here like copper but I prefer to build one in SS, I love to work with SS !
I plan on building a 4" distiller ( style Dash 1 from StllDragon ).
Now my cuestion is, the plates, bubble caps and downcomer will be copper, is this enough copper to remove
the sulphate or would it help to put also copper pipes in my condenser and dephleg ?
I would prefer to make them a bit longer if it is for the heat transfer, love SS !!
So I can make up my mind what I have to order.
Thanks for your advice !
Preparación to buid
