Hi guys been biz at work and im getting real close with the build, put 2"ferrule in tank for heating element and 1/2"ferrule in for temp rtd,put 1/2"in deflag for temp rtd put controle panel together going to get plugs tonight,put tree in column fit nice and tight it stays in place when i tighten top and bottom plate so i can remove when i want to clean or add more plates,put in glass hopefully hopefully i can start the cleaning run this weekend :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap:

Hi guys,so i dident do my cleaning run this weekend :esad: my wife had other plans and it was easter weekend hope everyone had a good one,so i did get my chiller up and running today thanks to my buddy kb,so that means no more garden hose :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap: will do clean run tomorrow after work will let everyone know how it went.

How them plates workin for ya? the holes looked a tad big,,,,,,,but I can't see shit without my readers.

Man that thing makes me so jealous ;) I used to have a glycol chiller I purchased at an old job in a silent auction of surplus equipment . It was used to chill a laser, probably about 3k new... I got it for $75... yup, guess nobody else wanted it lol. One of my jackass roommates at the time dumped coolant all over the electronics when he was trying to fill it. Fried. :evil: :evil: :x

I was pretty pissed. Probably could have repaired it, but it was such a pain to move I eventually just left it at some apt. :(

Anyways, again, sweet set-up man! :thumbup:

Ok did my cleaning run last night it was the shit, phase controller worked good and the plates all bubbled, will start my ferm tonight so ci will post in about a week, the chiller a friend of mine makes them.
