Thats a beautiful little still.
I thought alembics were best at making exotic liquor, cogniac and that sort of thing, but I've never used one so I cant say.
I imagine it would make a good whiskey.
Are you doing a stripping run then a spirit run?

Nice still. I like uncompllcated traditional stuff.
Simple potstiller. Slow, single run.
(50 litre, propane heated pot still. Coil in bucket condenser - No thermometer, No carbon)
