Nice jedneck -- my all time favorite, a simple, straight forward potstill. Good on'ya for giving that condenser a go.

In theory there's no difference between theory and practice. But in practice there is.

Can't wait for it to warm up so I can get my wood fired mash pot built so I can start bigger ferments. Doin 7 galllon now to get the hang of mashing. Gonna step up to 50# mix of corn oats and barley with 20# malted white wheat for conversion in 25 gallons water/backset. Will adjust sg down to 1.06 if I have to.
Thanks for the kind words guys, if it wasn't for this site I would be using who know what for a still if the bug would have stuck. The best thing is that I found this place.

welcome aboard some of us are ornery old coots but if you do a lot of
reading and don't ask stupid questions you'll be alright most are
big help
