Ahh, bro. Is that a glass lid on your way too small thumper?diesel1975 wrote:15 gallon keg with 9 qt doubler and 5 gallon flakestand

Looks stainless, mirror finish if I'm not mistaken. Bolts through the lid holding the tabs he clamps/seals down on.
Diesel your set up looks good, but I would increase the size of your thumper to at least a 1/3 of the size of your main boiler or going Trucking Butch style and use another keg the same size as your boiler. Also the plastic funnel is a no no, don't want high proof alcohol coming in contact with it and leaching chemicals.
But overall your looking good just some small changes.

No its not a glass lid to thumper. The thumper is just a temporary untill i find a tall skinny keg, I'am just using it for my kitchen still setup as well which is only a 5 gallon boiler but works good never the less. I was able to get to 140 proff on a single run with this setup.

Hope that you paid them for that keg - so many small brewers lose a lot of cash to keg theftpiperdave wrote:Big Rock keg......I know that name.
