1-1/2" column to 1-1/2 shotgun
Thinking of adding a 10" section that is reduced to 1.25" with a water jacket of 1.5". 14 gauge wire wrap and a centering ring at the bottom. That leaves me with 30" of copper scrubber packed column. Will this be enough to function as a CM?

you'll be fine . There are a lot of Commercial Reflux stills for sale in HBS that have way less than that and they still put out around 93-94% ABV at a reasonable pace . If you want cleaner output just run it with more reflux , IE , less take-offTazewell wrote:That leaves me with 30" of copper scrubber packed column. Will this be enough to function as a CM?
