My First build Keg w-SCR 10000w

Running a 5500w on SCR and 4500w manually unplugged a determined temp!! Now it’s time to do some cleaning

very nice. i love mine. only thing better would be if i could do a steam heat. nice job

Isn't that a bit overkill ? I mean, you just have to evaporate the alcohol, not send it into space :)

Will be running on about 1350watts ,+-,to not overrun condenser,,and keeping a steady drip,,,as I stated the 4500 will be turned off then turning down heat on the 5500 w,
