Cuban Pork Chops

ingredients
4 butterfly pork chops
2 limes
2 oranges
1 tsp minced garlic
8 pieces thin sliced ham
4 slices swiss cheese
8 dill pickle slices
salt and pepper
olive oil
citrus vinnegerette

cover pork chops with saran wrap and pound out to around double there size.
juice the limes and oranges and mix the garlic in with the juice, place in ziploc bag, add the pork chops to bag and allow to marinate for an hour.
remove pork chops from marinade and lay flat on work station, place 1 slice of swiss cheese on one side of chop, put 1 slice of ham on top of the cheese, put 2 slices of pickle on ham, put 1 slice swiss cheese on pickles, fold pork chop over, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste on both sides, repeat with other chops.
brush pork chops with olive oil and cook eigther in hot skillet or on grill about 10 minutes on each side.
remove from skillet or grill and pour some vinegerette on top just to glaze this keeps chops moist.
serve with sides of choice.
serves 4 enjoy
